Location
SABA is located near Berawa Beach, between Seminyak and Canggu, on Bali’s south-western coast, just 30 to 40 minutes from the international airport. The area is home to some of the most luxurious private residences on the island. Bounded by emerald rice terraces, the peaceful vista is enhanced on clear days by the magical sight of the mountains in the early mornings and evenings.
Furthermore, secluded SABA is a mere ten minute drive from the popular Seminyak area, with its wide choice of international restaurants – including ‘Kafe Warisan’, ‘Ku Dé Ta’, ‘Living Room’, ‘Hu’u’, ‘La Lucciola’ and ‘Sarong’ – together with a plethora of chic cocktail bars, nightclubs, lavish spas and elegant boutiques. The nearby sweeping beaches are a pleasant 5 to 10 minute walk away and are renowned for panoramic coastline views, legendary sunsets and world-class surf breaks. A choice of local restaurants and a deli supermarket are also within walking distance.
The neighbouring district of Kerobokan is famous for its furniture workshops, antique and curio shops. The Umalas Equestrian Centre is just a few kilometres away and the Greg Norman designed Nirwana Golf Course is a 30 minute drive. Canggu Sports Club can also be found in the neighbouring area.
