Fill in the form below and click submit .   2. As most villas are private holiday home of the owners, we need to final check its availability before accepting any bookings. We shall return to you with an answer within a maximum of 24 hours. If you do not get any respond within the such time window, please contact us on email .   3. Once availability assured, you need to immediately make your decision and confirm the booking. Before you explicitly confirm the booking, the villa remains available in the market for your intended period.   4. Once you confirmed, we will send you an invoice mentioning amount you have to pay and detail payment instructions. We will hold the villa for 5 working days, within which your payment has to reach our account. Shorter period may apply for last minute bookings. If we do not receive your payment within the period, we will put the villa back into the market for your requested period. Should you have any problem to comply this arrangement, please let us notified as early as possible.   5. As soon as we receive your payment in our account, we will issue a booking confirmation notice to both confirm your booking and acnowledge arrival of your payment into our account. Please note that we require the full amount into our account, which means you shall cover all costs related to the fund remittance.
