Private Concierge

Clients of Private Leisure International will enjoy a complimentary Private Concierge Service. Your Private Concierge is assigned to serve as a personal assistant who liaises with villa management to ensure that you get the best villa living experience and arranges anything you may ever need to make your holiday a memorable one, from babysitting to excursion trip.

1. Arrival Arrangement

We are not letting you to get a taxi to drive you to your villa after an exhaustive long haul flight. Most private villas are private holiday home of the owners, and therefore do not build local brand recognition in the same way as larger commercial establishments like resort hotels. Expecting taxi driver to easily find your villa in most case is not a reasonable expectation.

We will pick you up (and drop you off upon departure) at the airport and transfer you to your villa in a comfortable passenger vans with enough space to accommodate all passengers and luggage.

Upon your wish, we can even arrange VIP service that allows you to skip the hassles you normally have to get through at the airport.

2. Car Rentals

Renting a care – either self-drive or chauffeured – is quite a comfortable way to explore the island. Your Private Concierge knows the most suitable vehicle for your plan whilst our preferred suppliers have proven professionalism with fully-insured well-maintained vehicles, experienced drivers, and reliable trouble response.

3. Meet and Greet

Your Private Concierge will ensure that you and your group seamlessly settle down to the villa, your home during your holiday, its staffs, and its surrounding. Your Private Concierge will not leave you at the villa before villa manager or villa owner shows the villa in and out and brief you about the surroundings.

4. Stocked Supplies

Essential supplies are normally available at the villa. However, if you want certain things provided in the villa so they will be available when you arrive, your Private Concierge can prepare them for you, from favourite snack to preferred wine, from stocked fridge to professionally-cooked dinner. This way you can start your holiday right away.

5. Chef Services

Not all villas have in-house chef. In case the villa you rent does not provide an in-house chef, or available in-house chef does not master your preferred cuisine, your Private Concierge can arrange to hire one for you. All chefs in our list are professional, possess sufficient experience, and tested. You can have the chef for the whole duration of your stay, for certain day only, or even just for a certain special meal.

Your Private Concierge can advise activities, tours, and excursion programs that fits your preference. From catching the sunrise at the summit of active volcano to exploring underwater paradise, from heart pumping river-rafting to blissful meditation, your Private Concierge knows the best way to enjoy your holiday in Bali and beyond.

8. Event Coordination

Holding event in a villa is becoming more and more popular. Should you are planning to hold various event in the villa, from small private birthday party to wedding with hundreds of attendance, your Private Concierge can take offer all of the hassle to make your event a perfect and memorable one. Our suppliers for each and every element of an event – from florists to caterers – are thoroughly screened for proven professionalism.

9. Spa and Wellbeing

A few villas have their own dedicated spa with in-house therapist. But if the villa you choose does not have it, we can arrange to send professional therapists to treat you at the villa, or transferred to nearest spa and wellbeing centres. All you need to do is tell your Private Concierge your exact needs and when you want to have them.

Anything else we can do for you?

Your Private Concierge can help you to organize just about anything you require, even the rarest ones like providing a helicopter to pick you up right at the villa or organizing a firework party at the villa. All you need to do is telling your Private Concierge.
